As the creator of the DESIRE+ Framework, Nijeria integrates clinical expertise, community education, and advocacy to transform how women understand and inhabit their bodies. Crowned Ms. Voluptuous America 2025/2026, she uses her continental platform to amplify conversations about liberation, pleasure, and equity in both personal and public spaces. Through The DESIRE+ Collective, she leads with vision, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to disrupting shame while cultivating spaces where women can fully own their worth.

A Certified Master Sexpert, Relationship Coach, and Reiki Master, Ronda blends professional expertise with deep empathy to create safe, transformative spaces for healing. Her diverse background as a family services counselor and mental health coach allows her to support individuals in navigating intimacy, building resilience, and achieving spiritual balance. Committed to community service and heart-centered guidance, Ronda empowers our members to embrace their most authentic selves through integrated physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness practices.

Kiana has a proven track record of success, having coordinated over 180 internship opportunities and led high-impact outreach campaigns across Southern Virginia. By blending data-informed strategy with a compassionate, client-focused approach, she ensures that every partnership thrives and delivers measurable community outcomes.
